Two brothers were killed by a relative's knife in South Delhi



Their brother-in-law is accused of fatally stabbing two brothers in front of a hotel in south Delhi. The culprit was taken into custody.

The two guys were found lying unconscious and stabbed when police arrived at the scene after receiving a report about the incident at 11 p.m. They were confirmed dead upon arrival at Safdarjung Hospital, the official added.

The cops discovered Umang there, and they arrested him. Following his arrest, he was charged with murder.

The Delhi Police said on Friday that two brothers were reportedly fatally stabbed on Thursday night outside a hotel in Mahipalpur, south of Delhi, by the brother-in-law of one of them.

According to Manoj C, deputy commissioner of police (southwest), a fight between the two groups led to the double murder. The suspect, Umang (police only provided one name), 25, has been taken into custody.

The fatalities were identified by the DCP as brothers Rajesh Yadav, 42, and Ranjan Yadav, 26. Ranjan worked as a peon at a medical facility in Malviya Nagar, whilst Rajesh worked at a bank in Gurugram. The brothers resided in Mahipalpur with their families.

According to the DCP, Umang's sister, who works at the hotel in Mahipalpur, is married to Rajesh. Rajesh and his wife were having marital problems, the officer claimed.
